Accessibility Statement
This site aims to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013.
Standard
The site was made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
What has been done
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
- A valid heading hierarchy and marked-up landmark regions.
- Full keyboard operation, including a skip link and a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Alternative text for images; decorative images marked as such.
- Language and text direction declared on every page, in Hebrew, Arabic and English.
- The operating system's reduced-motion preference is respected.
- An adjustments menu offering text size, contrast, greyscale, highlighted links, a readable font, a large cursor and stopped animations.
